Click on the YouTube link below to watch the first series of interviews of My Leadership Journey – an initiative of the Danny Faure Foundation with the aim of inspiring future leaders. The project is in line with the Foundation’s fourth pillar which focuses on contributing towards the promotion of effective leadership and gender equality in a new generation of leaders in Africa.

The first series showcases interviews with four Seychellois women to coincide with International Women’s Day on 8th March.

Dr. Mathilda Twomey – the first woman to be appointed as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Seychelles;

Ms. Caroline Abel – the first woman to be appointed as Governor of the Central Bank of Seychelles;

Mrs. Macsuzy Mondon – the first woman to be appointed as Designated Minister in the Government of Seychelles;

Ambassador Marie-Louise Potter – the first woman to appointed as Leader of Government Business in the National Assembly of Seychelles.
